天津市红桥区职工大学学校简介

天津市红桥区职工大学（以下简称“职大”）位于天津市红桥区，是一所公办全日制本科院校。学校前身为天津市工人大学，创建于1958年，是新中国成立后天津市首批成立的高等院校之一。1984年，学校隶属于天津市教育委员会。1991年，学校正式更名为天津市红桥区职工大学。2001年12月，学校隶属于天津市人民政府。

职大占地面积近200亩，建筑面积3.8万平方米，图书馆藏书近30万册。目前在校本、专科生近4.5万人。学校目前开设有21个本科专业和26个专科专业。
