甘肃中医药大学是一所省属重点大学，创建于1956年，前身为兰州中医学院。学校位于兰州市榆中区，占地面积近200亩，校舍建筑面积3.8万平方米，图书馆藏书近60万册。学校目前有21个本科专业、14个专科专业、1个独立学院和4个研究生院。
