教授,凝聚态物理光学工程博士硕士研究生导师。1990年苏州大学本科毕业。1993年苏州大学硕士毕业。1997年中科院等离子体物理研究所博士毕业。现任苏州大学物理科学与技术学院/能源学院 党委书记/常务副院长,江苏省薄膜材料重点实验室主任,苏州节能技术研究所所长。

铁电薄膜、无机多功能材料特别是能源相关材料的制备与物理特性研究。发表论文110余篇,专利数项。主持和参加国家自然科学基金等各类科研项目十余项。
