二、招生简介
李兴伟教授课题组(陕西师范大学新成立课题组)招收2018级有机化学专业-硕士调剂生,因学校要求调剂学生本科学历要求为211或985学生,化学或相关专业。
需要热爱有机化学和有机合成,有较强的责任心,能吃苦耐劳,善于思考,有强烈的求知欲。

课题组简介
李兴伟,教授,博士生导师。1996年获复旦大学化学专业学士学位。2005年获美国耶鲁大学化学系博士学位,师从Robert H. Crabtree教授。之后在新加坡南洋理工大学,美国scripps研究所等国际一流研究机构从事科学研究。2010年3月百人计划引至中国科学院大连化学物理研究所从事基于过渡金属催化的C-H键官能团化反应研究。在国内最早开展三价铑催化碳氢活化研究,发展了底物活化新策略,突破了原有碳氢键活化中金属-碳键活性低的局限性,首次实现了芳烃经碳氢活化机理进行的高价碘化、炔基化、氧原子转移、环加成等反应。回国后发表研究论文120多篇(其中IF>10的有27篇),发表综述论文4篇,所有论文总他引6800余次,他引超百次的有14篇,H指数为45. 获得国家杰出青年科学基金(2015),英国皇家化学会会士(2015) ,中青年科技创新领军人才(2016) ,国家万人计划领军人才(2017)。

课题组注重青年人才的培养,指导的学生获青年千人一名(宋国勇,北京林业大学教授),海外知名高校博士后3名(于松杰,2015级毕业生,新加坡国立大学博士后,2018年获玛丽居里奖学金)、戚自松(2015级毕业生,美国科罗拉多州立大学)、王芬(2016级毕业生,曼切斯特大学牛顿博士后奖学金)等。每年发表高质量SCI研究论文二十余篇,望广大有志之士加入我们团队一起努力。
