高振海，男，满族，1973年2月生，吉林大学车辆工程专业博士，西安交通大学控制科学与工程专业博士后。现任吉林大学汽车工程学院副院长，兼任中国汽车工程学会汽车技术教育分会秘书长和吉林省汽车工程学会汽车电子分会秘书长。担任《International Journal of Vehicle Autonomous Systems》、《汽车工程》及《中国机械工程》等多个国内外权威学术期刊审稿专家；担任2012 International Conference on Advanced Vehicle Technologies and Integration的执行主席、2012 国际汽车工程师大会学生与青年工程师论坛执行主席和中国汽车工程学会首届青年学者论坛执行主席。2001年入选教育部高等学校骨干教师资助计划，2007年入选霍英东教育基金会高等学校青年教师优选资助计划，2008年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划。
近五年来，作为课题负责人，围绕着驾驶员认知负荷、自适应人机交互设计及辅助驾驶系统等汽车主被动安全性研究，相继承担了国家973计划1项、国家863计划1项、国家自然科学基金3项、霍英东教育基金1项、教育部科学技术研究重点项目1项、教育部博士点基金1项及横向协作项目共计十余项。在机械工程学报等国内权威期刊和IEEE等国际著名学术会议上发表学术论文60余篇，其中SCI/EI检索42篇。授权发明专利3项。
