那要看still前面是什么。如果still前面是be的一种形式（be,is, are,was,were,am）的话就是动名词。
ex: he is still singing. (他还在唱歌)
大多数其他时候就用原形。比如：still, I do not like this apple. （我依旧不喜欢这个苹果）
She still loves him (她依旧爱着他)
She still had not gave up (她依旧还没放弃)
